MS not the only one!!

I have just witnessed what can be akin to the Microsoft juggernaut. In small convenience store there are a row of fridges that hold all the soft drinks and juices that the store sells. Recently the front two fridges disappeared. Well today those two fridges along with two others have been replaced with Coca Cola fridges and now the first product line that the customer sees is Coke.

So in one move coke has repositioned itself within this business to be the number one soft drink presented to any company. So it is with Microsoft. Push their product, or swamp a store in their product and merchandise until the other products are a minority and missed by the average consumer.

Smart marketing or pure weight in numbers??
